points to the security.md in .github, so seems not be populated, so I assume needs to be in each repo

Github automatically redirects to to the policy in eclipse-score/.github if SECURITY.md file is missing in a repo. I checked, it's in all S-CORE repos like this.

E.g. in score repo:

The file needs to be in EVERY repo. Please decide if we want to maintain the content in score / .github repo and only reference the content there
